The first batch of FCT Muslim Pilgrims that participated in this year’s Hajj have landed at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport early this morning.
The Aircraft landed around 4:25am Nigerian time after departing King Abdulaziz Airport at 00:06 hours Saudi Arabia time aboard Air Peace flight number APK7915.
The airlift of the first batch of the 298 pilgrims signifies the commencement of the return of the pilgrims after this year’s Hajj exercise.
The flight comprises of aged pilgrims, those with health challenges and those who are originally in the first flight during the outbound operation to Saudi Arabia.
It may be recalled that 4,384 FCT contingent participated in this year’s Hajj Saudi Arabia.
